Sinja has over 15 years of experience across a variety of sectors including energy and major infrastructure development, with close to a decade of pumped hydro experience in project development and advisory services in Australia and SouthAmerica.

She has experience across all project phases; from feasibility and site selection, through development assessments and approvals, to design, construction, commissioning and hand-over to operations.

Sinja has a particularly strong understanding of the development of pumped storage hydro projects as well as strong capability in managing the associated technical work streams. She has experience in managing technical design teams to deliver concept studies, project owner������ý reference designs, FEED studies and tender designs prepared through ECI and EPC processes. Sinja has been involved in a number of pumped hydro ECI processes as the owner������ý technical representative.
